When a team of experts in the market research space came together and decided to create a new company and brand-new product offering, they brought Campbell in at the very beginning of the process. While they worked with their branding agency through several name options – and more – the company eventually launched with the name “Alter Agents.” The new name was meant get at the heart of what the company provides for clients.  The result is a company focused on being a catalyst within an organization by using research as an actionable change agent.

With the new brand came the launch of a new a consumer packaged goods research platform dubbed Shopper STAT (Spend, Triggers, Attitudes, and Trends), enabling retailers to harvest deeper shopper insights in the CPG space that authentically and accurately represent a shopper’s experience.

We positioned the brand launch to industry trade media, playing up the partners’ depth of experience in the industry and rich base of clients to prove it. In addition to a successful launch campaign, we secured bylined article placements with key publications to help solidify the perception of thought leadership in the shopping research space. We also manage and facilitate ongoing media relations and social media for Alter Agents to drive future media coverage.
